Online Preparatory Material

Use the following videos and information as a primer for what will be done during the NADI clinical training session. Try your best to view all videos and understand the basic concepts behind measuring blood pressure and pulse. It is not mandatory to view these videos, but it will certainly make things easier to digest during the clinical training session. We hold no rights or claim any credit for any of the following learning sources.
The above video explains the basics of measuring blood pressure manually using a stethoscope.

The above video is a primer on the identification of the 5 Korotkoff sounds.

The above video offers a blood pressure simulation where you can guess the systolic and diastolic pressure.
The above video explains pulse palpation in detail. This is not required for NADI purposes, but for those of you who wish to go into cardiology or learn some advanced techniques, this may be useful.

We Would Love to Have You Join our team or attend a NAdi activity!
