Medical Table at IFMP Picnic on August 9, 2015

On August 9th, 2015, five NADI members held a medical table at the annual IFMP Picnic at Mercer County Park. With over 300 attendees to the picnic, we reached out to many of them to raise awareness about diabetes and hypertension. We gave each participant a folder with educational and maintenance information concerning blood pressure and blood glucose. We then measured the participants' blood pressure using both manual auscultatory method and automatic oscillatory method (upper-arm and wrist blood pressure monitor). The NADI team present at the medical table was composed of Aayush Visaria, Bhargav Meghpara, Arun Nayar, Harnish Patel, and Jay Patel. Below are pictures from the picnic:
