Screening
After passing your assessments, you are cleared to begin attending our clinical events!
Head over to the event sign-ups page to register for screening events.
Before attending the event, please make sure you have filled out the following waiver. These can be scanned and returned to us via email at [email protected]. You will not be allowed to attend our events without a signed waiver on file.
